Project Manager – Axis Cloud Connect Device Management, Lund

Are you a driven and collaborative leader who wants to make an impact? We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Axis Cloud Connect (ACC) team—a platform enabling partners to leverage device capabilities and build innovative solutions.

What You’ll Do
You will lead multiple Dev & Ops teams focusing on our Device Management SaaS offering and two key ACC product areas: Device Inventory Services and Device Lifecycle Services.

As Project Manager, you will:

• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to ensure clarity on requirements, priorities, and scope.

• Own and manage the product area backlog to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

• Plan, coordinate, and track progress while proactively resolving dependencies, risks, and issues.

• Communicate effectively to enable informed and timely decision-making.

• Drive continuous improvement in ways of working and team collaboration.

• Have opportunities for career growth and professional development within a supportive environment.
  

Who are you?

• A Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.

• Software development experience with a proven track record in software project management; experience in cloud development is a plus.

• A proactive leader with energy, drive, and a collaborative mindset.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with agile teams, product managers, and stakeholders.

• The ability to simplify complex concepts into actionable plans and clear messages.

• A growth mindset and genuine enthusiasm for the role and its responsibilities.
